The video included on my blog is hosted on youtube.com.. if that is blocked on your country, then you can’t see the video.
Unless you do some hacking around the protection (which can maybe cause problems to do if people in control get to know you do that). How to access Youtube in China? article at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100711062558AAzMI5g gives some tips for that, but I don’t know do they work or not.

several well known Internet services are blocked in China under the country’s policy of Internet censorship.
According to that page youtube.com is on the list of blocked sites.
