Rick from Phlegmatic Prototyping decided to build his own real-life robotic lamp that tracks objects. Check the project documentation and earlier prototype version. This robotic lamp uses It uses a CMUCAM5 vision sensor that detects color hues, allowing the lamp to track colorful objects. Nice project.
