I got from sale some probes for multimeter: Universal Multimeter Test Hook with Miniature Plane Type IC Clip and Probe Needle Versatile for High Pressure Differential Applications Accurate Readings and Secure Connectivity
One end those probes have has a small clip that works with small electronics. The other end fits normal multimeter probes (2 mm diameter probe tips). Those are useful when measuring small ow voltage electronics circuits.
I bought two sets of probe. One set worked flawlessly. The other set the miniature probe sometimes gets stuck down. The one that worked well felt like a quality product.
The product page says “This multimeter test hook is designed for universal compatibility, perfectly suited for various testing devices for diverse application” which I can agree this. Those are useful probes that fit normal multimeter measurements wires.
Another claim is “this test hook functions precisely in demanding and high voltage environments, ensuring superb performance”. I have to a little bit disagree with the high voltage part because I feel that the thin cable and the “DuPont connector” in the end of cable are not safe for high voltage work (like hundreds of volts or more). These are useful for measuring low voltage on electronic devices and circuit boards. The clips connect well to various electronics connections and parts. The”DuPont connector” can also be used without probe tip to connect the cable to circuit board pin header.
Take a look inside the probe. I fixed the probe that was sometimes stuck and took a picture. The hardest part in repairing was to put the parts back together.
Here is a technical drawing from the product page:
