Analogue radio signals do not have a properly called "sample rate" !
So nobody can tell the what the sample rate.
Analogue radio boradcasts have a properly called "audio bandwidth",
which can be used to determine what is the minimum needed
sample rate.

The analogue FM radio (88-108 MHz) audio channel has
frequency response of around 50Hz to 15 kHz.
To correctly play back 15 kHz audio signal, you need
a sample rate that is at least twice of the highest frequency.
So you need a sample rate that is at least 30 kHz.

For audio recording from FM radio the lowest useable sample
rate without loss of audio quality because of undersampling is 32 kHz.
