No. Unshielded CAT5 is not much suitable for unbalanced audio
interconnection. This wil pick up noise too easily.
Shielded cable could be usable, but not optimal.

NO. This is the worst cable to use, No shielding
agains interference at all! This cable type is only
suitable as apaker wire, not as equipment interconnection
wire.

This is pretty good for analogue audio.
Use this cable type.
