I would check out Analog Way Graphic Switcher II. 
It is a very good with computer material, like many different computer 
signals, several normal video signals etc. 
It can take the video format you mentioned. 
It can do basic video mixing like PIP, Wipes, Fading, Title Insertion,
Mixing, Cut. 
It can output both computer video and normal video. 
It can be synced.
I don't remember how was the case for "switch between the inputs directly", 
because it has been more than half a years since I have last time used it. 
At that time it was used in running a multimedia show that was 
broadcasted out (device was inteconnected and synced to house broadcast 
video mixer)
