They are made in ways that the customer believes to get better
performance and pays for their high price. Then the manufacturer
and the people at the shop get rich. In best cases the customer
is happy and thinks that he hears some improvement in sound.
That's how this business works.

Some quesses:
Maybe they use custom connector.
Maybe they use some adapter between wire and connector.
Maybe they cut part of the copper of the wire to fit it to connector hole.
Maybe they lie what they have inside the cable.

Those are my quesses...
