6V 30W are the most common PAR36 lamp type you will probly see. 
They are used in pin-spots and similar lighting instruments.

I personaly have few 30W or 35W PAR36 lamps rated for 12V operation. 
They work nicely with normal 12V halogen light transformers.

I have also read that there exists a PAR36 ACL (Aircraft Landing Light) 
lamps which are rated for 28V voltage and have power rating of around 
250-300W. 
When operating from mains voltage, they are typically wired eight
in series, which gives power of around 2000W per set of eight.
