Just sum up the Y and C components together and this is done.
I once saw a circuit at Elector Electronics magazine which does this.
It just consisted of a mixer circuit made of two resistors followed
by a video amplifier.

Onother hack idea (not the best but works as emergencysolution)
is to connect a small capacitor (100pF..10nF) between 
Y and C wires and then take the composite video from Y output.
This somehow works. The size of the capacitor has some effects
on the picture quality. Bigger capacitor lets more color signal
through but messes up more the high frequencies in Y signal
(you will loose details).
