I would recommend that you do not, in any way, shape or form open up any files that contain viruses. In fact, it's probably best that you try not to delete them (as they may open the file), but quarantine the file so no one (not even you) can access the file. My McAfee popped up saying that it blocked a trojan. If I go do restore, check the box that lists the trojan, then go to delete as an action, will that completely remove it from my computer?
