I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean. Are you insinuating that if you delete the checked item that it will be deleted? I would recommend that you do not, in any way, shape or form open up any files that contain viruses. In fact, it's probably best that you try not to delete them (as they may open the file), but quarantine the file so no one (not even you) can access the file. This should probably assist in you being able to watch videos/audio files with ease in your browser.
