The modification in getting 10 Amps out of a 12v 400mA "wallwart" would mean completely rebuilding the "wallwart".
Getting higher power from output would mean changing practically everything from input to output to higher power components, and those would not most probably fit inside the original case anymore.

Hello

Any ideas for modification in getting 10 Amps out of a 12v 400mA "wallwart" (mains plug power supply, ie: phone charger etc.)
Circuit going from/ starting at output thats just past the Bridge rectifier and capacitor (2200uF 25v in this case)?
Current boost circuit perhaps.
