Hi Johnny,
You could try some commercial wireless tranceivers. See an example:

In addition, you'll need an antenna with a narrow beam.

I would like to build a prototype of wireless weather station.All I need is to transfer the data for PC and then display it on the Wireless weather station(within 1 km).How can I do it?How can I transfer the data?Please help me.
