I think you can refer the specification of "ts_134108v080100p-Common Test Environments for User Equipment, 6.1.0b."
There're details about the contents of system information blocks.

Hi,

Can someone help me understanding how MIB and SIB1 works?
I understand that there is an update part and a fixed part, but what I didn't understand until know is what can be different in SIB1 (timers, valeus and which?).

Hope someone have a clue on this
