My comments
This is an RCA signal isolation device that is gives pretty good performance and is very cheap. So a very good product for the price (other comparable isolator from other sources are usually considerably more expensive). Good for the price. I have used several of those units in different audio/PA applications to solve ground loop problems.
The unit contains two audio isolation transformers in a plastic case. In normal environments those work accpetably, but be careful not to plave this devie too near to transformers and other magnetic noise sources.
The transformers inside the device can pick up humming noise interference if this is placed near a power transformer .
Note: This applies to many other such isolators in plastic case as well, some expensive professional models use better shielded transformers and/or metal case for better magnetic interference protection.
Depending on the application you might get some loss of low frequencies or high frequencies with some of the signal sources. This transformer works best with sound sources that have low output impedance, lower the output impedance less sound problems (applies to many other signal isolation transformers as well).
