RC Control Fwd/Rev ESC Circuit Diagram

Dear Friends ,

We are working on a project in which we have to rotate a DC Motor controlled by RC forward and reverse directions.For the same we need a "RC Control Fwd/Rev ESC Circuit Diagram".Also we are using a 8 pin IC "PIC 12F675" which is a programmable IC... here we would like to know how to programme this IC ,is it to be done using a " *.Hex " file or what ???

Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated,
