Digital clock recovery circuit

Hello, I want to design a digital clock recovery circuit for a CDMA system. I have a transmitter which send the clock in the same channel with the data the same time. The data stream (data+clock) in the receiver has value -1,0,1. Now I want to recovery the clock (with digital circuit) from the data stream and synchronize data and clock. If anyone can help me...
