Missing CD in Myke Predkos book..... ??

Hello, Would anybody know where I can get the CD that comes with (suppose to come with, I should say), Programming and Customizing PICmicro Microcontrollers?? I have contacted McGraw Hill, and was fobbed off, (THANKS), I have emailed Myke, and have been either ignored/lost and the store I bought the book from can't and won't help either. (Jaycar). It is a good book, HOWEVER, in hind sight I should have saved my money! (I hate books/mags that come wrapped in plastic - there always a big disapointment. . . . A lesson there!!). Can anyone direct me to the CD info from this book please, I would be grateful, many thanks, disgruntled Chris
