Help needed Meridian M7208

Postby R3Ver2 on Tue Jul 11, 2006 7:42 pm

Hi guys, I know this is a long shot but I need some help.

I have a few questions about the Meridian M7208 telephone system.

I think someone at our workplace has discovered the messaging system, which is activated by pressing feature and then 1 I think. The displays of all the phones at our officer say " Message to you".

How can we possibly get rid of that?

Secondly, one of our phones is set to do not disturb and is inaccessible from all the other extensions. How can I clear that?

Any prompt replies in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

Thanks again.

Meridian 7208 phone system

Hi Uz,

I'm not sure if you can get rid of the Messaging system as you described, but you may dial Feature #85 to deactivate Do Not Disturb.

Hope this helps!!

Hi Rasfada,

Thanks very much for the help.
I think the "message for you" goes away after a few days anyway.

It's so good to be able to receive calls on that headset again.

Norstar feature codes

Message on the display is independent of the voice mail system. If you press feature #1 that will take the message off of the display. If you need other Norstar feature codes check out this page.
