Toshiba TV Problems

I have a 28" toshiba tv an older model must be 15 years old, and it has worked perfectly since i have had it.

Today the sides of the tv have come in like an arc both sides any one have any ideas what this could be or what could have gone in it. I can repair most things but TVS are something i have never had a go at.

Also note that there are high voltages in a TV set, which could kill you if you don't know what you are doing.!!
