Some ideas to explore:

- Current trands in mobile communications: faster networks (3G), cellupar phones have nowdays cameras capable of video, multimedia cellular phones have lots of processing capability so they can do same things as PDAs, play games etc... Lots of possibilities and business expectations here!

- PRFID: RFID is hitting the mainstream, shops tart to use it widely. What are the current applications, possiblities, how that can help shops, how use of RFID can help logistics services (easier to track delivery if items automatically, easy to read in warehouse how many items there is in storage etc..)

- Internet: alays progessing and all the time possibilitied for new innovations

Well it really depends on what field of business you want to target but I have given some great links below that should help you out. Most of them are with powerpoint presentation material so you can use it to give a nice flashy seminar. If the seminar has to be for a particular industry, I would recommend doing a search on Google.
