Hi-fi Technics ST-CH505

Hi fellows, i´ve a problem in a Technics st-ch505 Hi-Fi Radio tuner which shows an E: on display.
When pressing the on/off switch it shows F-61 and reverts to stand-by with E: on display.
All voltages seem to be ok. Any ideas?
The euras database has the solution for this problem but my subscription has expired this week.
Please help.
