ac/dc freq. voltage conversion

My question is:-
will it make any difference on dc output frequency with ac input of 240V @ 50hz in cordless designed for ac input 120V @ 60hz with 6v dc 500ma output.

Your question is not very much clear, but what I can understand is that you have a cordless phone set with a wall power adapter I/P 120V 60Hz and O/P 6V 500mA.

Well, if you have a power adapter with I/P 220V 50Hz and output 6V 500mA, there will be no difference in the operation of cordless phone.

BTW: There is no frequency in DC
