Controlling devices

Maybe you are not getting help because you have posted so little information that it is hard to give specific tips on that.

Generally for congtrolling telephone you have those three approaches:

1. Use a separate box that that connects to a telephone line, asnwers call when somebody rings in, detects DTMD tones for control, and sends the controlling information to your system (either directly to your circuit or to PC software you use to control the circuit)

2. You install a voice modem in PC that works as telephone answering device. It answers calls, get controls from user (DTMF tones, maybe voice recognitions etc..).. Then suitable software to send the commands to you ASP.net command system...

3. Do the step 1, but instead of wired telephone line use a cellular phone. Make the phone auto-answer and connect the DTMF decoder to the hands-free headset connector of cellular phone.

Those come first to my mind as solution possibilities.
