Some people see that Elon Musk’s vision woud be suitable for fast transportation between Finland and Sweden. Will this be reality some day or just big hype?

The study claims the Nordic Hyperloop would start generating a surplus after 10 years thanks to its economic benefits.
So, it might pay for itself after 30 years (taking into account the construction will be late and over budget). And that’s if nothing goes terribly wrong with the 300 mile vacuum tube with the 650 mph, multi-ton projectile hurtling through it.

I am just wondering how well this “Hyperloop One” would go if they start to build it.
I have been just following how new West Metro (Länsimetro) from Helsinki to Espoo farce has been going on – it was supposed to cost a lot less than what it costs and was planned to open it 2015… but opening is still delayed to 2017:
Opening of the West Metro delayed – HSL redesigs bus routes
http://www.lansimetro.fi/component/content/article/1-news/1499-opening-of-the-west-metro-delayed–hsl-redesigs-bus-routes.html
The West Metro will not begin operating on 15 August. The Board of Directors of Länsimetro Oy decided on Friday 10 June to postpone the opening of the new line due to a hold-up in the safety testing of the technical systems.
“The construction of the West Metro is a long process. Test runs of all systems are done at the end of the process, just before opening the line. The test runs have proven to be more demanding than we expected,”
No new date for the opening of the line has yet been announced. All technical systems must be tested and after the testing is complete, authorities must approve the Metro line’s facilities, systems and equipment before the line can be opened.

Final approval for a 13.5-kilometre (8.4 mi) route was granted on 4 April 2007, and the construction began in November 2009. In February 2014, rock blasting was complete, and the fitting out of the tunnels and construction of the stations was ongoing. The extension was planned to open on 15 August 2016[5][6] but is currently delayed for an unknown time.
Preliminary plans, made in 2000 and 2001, cited the cost of building the infrastructure for the metro extension to Matinkylä to be about €400 million. When the Espoo city council decided on construction of the metro in 2004, the estimated cost was €452 million
By January 2008, the estimated cost had risen to over €800 million, and by February 2014, to about €1 billion.

In June 2015, the engineering community was challenged to invent prototype pods for the future of transportation – The Hyperloop. From over 1,200 teams that responded, just one, the rLoop team, was virtually crowdsourced from over 14 countries, becoming the only non-university team to advance to the final round of the competition. Here’s their story.

Frustrated with a massive mountain range for blocking your way and slowing you down? Just build a tunnel through the middle of it.
